TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO SERVICES WITHIN THE SIMETRIK CENTER

Client – means the person who accesses and uses the services provided by SIMETRIK CENTER, regardless of the method of access or payment.
 

Client’s informed consent – means the consent expressed by the client for the provision of the services offered by SIMETRIK CENTER, in accordance with the applicable legislation in the healthcare field and the relevant regulations regarding the information and consent of service beneficiaries.
 

Contract – means the agreement between the client and SIMETRIK CENTER regarding the provision of services and/or related services, including, without limitation, service agreements, accepted commercial offers, consent forms, confirmed appointments, estimates, financial documents, or any other documents or methods of accepting the services provided by SIMETRIK CENTER. Acceptance of the contract may take place expressly, by handwritten or electronic signature, or tacitly, by requesting, scheduling, or effectively accessing the services offered.
 

Services – means the therapeutic, rehabilitation, and specialized services provided by SIMETRIK CENTER, accessed by clients through service packages, subscriptions, consultations, or individual sessions. The services include, without limitation, for children: pediatric assessment, occupational therapy, kinetoprophylaxis, baby massage, pediatric physiotherapy, Bobath therapy, and Schroth therapy; and for adults: orthopedic manual therapy, postural therapy, kinesiology taping, TECAR therapy, postural assessment, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), electrostimulation, and other similar or complementary services. SIMETRIK CENTER staff – means all employees, collaborators, therapists, consultants, administrative staff, as well as any other persons carrying out activities on behalf of or for SIMETRIK CENTER, based on a contractual or professional relationship.
 

SIMETRIK CENTER – means the provider of the services presented on the website and offered within the center, as well as all premises, working points, and locations operated under this name.
 

Terms and Conditions for accessing the services – means all provisions set out in this document, applicable to all persons who request, schedule, or benefit from the services provided by SIMETRIK CENTER.

4. General rules regarding accessing SIMETRIK CENTER services

SIMETRIK CENTER aims to provide services in a professional, safe, organized environment, focused on the needs of each client. The services offered are adapted to the individual particularities of each person, which is why their progress, effectiveness, and results may vary depending on physical condition, medical history, level of involvement, continuity of sessions, and compliance with the recommendations made by SIMETRIK CENTER staff.
 

The services provided by SIMETRIK CENTER involve a duty of care on the part of the staff involved and are carried out according to the professional competencies and standards applicable to the field of activity, without guaranteeing a specific individual result.
 

Access to services is generally based on a prior appointment made by phone, online, through reception, or by any other means made available by SIMETRIK CENTER.
 

Appointments are made at the phone number 0733 947 601, and the center’s opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 12:00 – 20:00; Tuesday and Friday: 08:00 – 16:00; Saturday: closed.
 

The schedule and methods of accessing the services may be updated periodically, with updated information available on the website or through SIMETRIK CENTER staff.
 

SIMETRIK CENTER carries out its activity at Oraș Pantelimon, Str. Nicolae Bălcescu no. 1 Bis, Ilfov County, as well as in any other locations or working points publicly communicated through the center’s official channels.
 

In order to access the services and issue the related documents, the client may be requested to present a valid identity document, necessary for identity verification and for completing the related administrative and contractual formalities.
 

For the optimal organization of the activity, the client is required to respect the scheduled appointments. If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule a session, they are requested to inform SIMETRIK CENTER at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the case of late cancellations or failure to attend the appointment, SIMETRIK CENTER reserves the right to consider the session as completed and deduct it from the purchased service package or charge it according to the applicable contractual conditions.
 

Before accessing the services, the client has the right and responsibility to request information regarding the costs, duration, and conditions of service provision. The displayed or communicated fees are indicative and may vary depending on the particularities of the individual case, the complexity of the services actually provided, or the recommendations made by SIMETRIK CENTER staff during the collaboration.
 

In the event of outstanding payment obligations, SIMETRIK CENTER may temporarily suspend the client’s access to services until the full payment of the amounts due, under the conditions provided in the contract or communicated to the client.
 

SIMETRIK CENTER encourages open and transparent communication between the client and the center’s staff. In this regard, the client is required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding their health condition, relevant history, contraindications, ongoing treatments, or any other aspects that may influence the provision of the services.
 

In certain situations, the provision of certain services may be conditional upon the client expressing informed consent and signing the specific documents made available by SIMETRIK CENTER. Refusal to sign the necessary documents may result in the inability to provide certain services.
 

Clients are required to comply with the rules of conduct, hygiene, and safety applicable within the center, as well as with the instructions provided by SIMETRIK CENTER staff during the sessions and activities. For the proper conduct of physiotherapy and therapy sessions, clients must use appropriate equipment, including suitable sports clothing and footwear.
 

In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all persons present within the center, any aggressive, offensive, discriminatory, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior towards SIMETRIK CENTER staff or other clients is prohibited.
 

SIMETRIK CENTER reserves the right to restrict or suspend the access of any person who violates these rules or affects the proper conduct of the activity.
 

Photography, filming, or audio recording within SIMETRIK CENTER, including in therapy rooms, reception, or waiting areas, is not permitted without the prior express consent of SIMETRIK CENTER. This measure is intended to protect the confidentiality, right to privacy, and image of clients, as well as the activity carried out by the center’s staff.
 

The carrying out of commercial activities, promotion or distribution of advertising materials, as well as the provision of services to other persons within the center, is prohibited without the prior written consent of SIMETRIK CENTER.
 

Smoking, alcohol consumption, the use or distribution of prohibited substances, as well as bringing dangerous objects or weapons of any kind into the center are strictly prohibited.
 

SIMETRIK CENTER cannot be held responsible for personal belongings lost, forgotten, or left unattended within the center. Clients are encouraged to supervise their personal belongings at all times and avoid bringing valuable items that are not necessary during the sessions.
 

In the case of minors, parents or legal representatives are required to ensure their permanent supervision in all areas belonging to SIMETRIK CENTER, except during the periods when minors participate in activities carried out directly under the coordination of the center’s staff. SIMETRIK CENTER does not assume liability for incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the lack of supervision of minors by parents or legal representatives outside the areas and activities directly monitored by SIMETRIK CENTER staff.
 

Communications, notifications, and information sent by SIMETRIK CENTER shall be made using the contact details provided by the client within the contractual relationship or during the access to services. The client is required to inform SIMETRIK CENTER of any change to their contact details, so that communications can be carried out properly.
